2. Gaslamp

If you're not from San Diego and need a pooch-friendly hotel, Hilton San Diego Bayfront welcomes two pets up to 75 lbs. (for an additional fee of $75 per stay) Both dogs and cats are allowed - they just can't be left in the room unattended. Bandanas and waste bags are available, and there is even a pet-friendly park in front of the hotel!

4. South Park

How about letting fido run free at a beautiful dog park for a while? Yes, you read that right: an off leash dog park for pups to enjoy. Grape Street dog park is equipped with an agility course and wooden logs. The dog area itself is surrounded by eucalyptus trees which provide plentiful shade to keep fido and his friends cool during hot, sunny days. Always remember to bring extra water for your pups when bringing them to any park!
